Why is this Window Open?
	This is the orignal Window that was opened when Total Java Scripts 99 is launched. This window then launches a second window that has no MenuBar or AddressBar to give you more viewing space. Due to Security reasons with Internet Explorer and Netscape  they don't not allow  to close this window without prompting the user with a Yes/No answer. So basically this window is Null and can be closed at anytime.
